With more than 9 years of experience in the HR space, he consults organisations on driving HR transformation by articulating the business value through the use of data. He has brought several organisations such as PSB Academy, RHT Management Services and others into a HR transformation that has delivered positive business outcomes. He continues to strive to achieve similar outcomes with Singapore businesses.

Nicole Poon

Nicole is a progressive HR leader who wields a strong understanding of business, people and technology. She spent the last ten years in one of Singapore's most recognised and fastest growing FinTech - MatchMove. 

She holds a critical and key executive role of the company, supporting the company throughout its growth and evolution from a gaming platform provider to an innovative and industry disruptive fintech. The intensive need for the company to refresh, retrain, and renew talent created in Nicole an abundance of experience, especially in change and succession management.

Tery Chua

Tery is an experienced HR and OD professional and entrepreneur with over 15 years of corporate experiences in banking, fintech and maritime industry. Currently, he is the Vice President for Human Capital Management at NETS Group, and the Principal of NETS Academy. He also sits on the Business Management Industry Panel at Nanyang Polytechnic, and concurrently runs two of his own start-up businesses. Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Sciences from NUS, he served early years of his career as a Navy officer with the Republic of Singapore Navy.
