SHRI Academy’s Diploma in Organisational Psychology (DOP) programme is designed to provide a solid foundation in the field of psychology and focuses on the psychological aspects of organisational functioning. Students will be expected to critically engage in psychological theories and their applications. The programme provides a rigorous review of major theories in organisational psychology and their applications at the workplace that a HR professional encounters. Face-to-Face Lesson
On completion of the DipOrgPsy programme, learners will earn 264 HR-related Training Hours/ CPD Hours (excluding Examination) that can be applied towards Application for or Renewal of IHRP certification.
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structures will be awarded the Diploma in Organisational Psychology from SHRI Academy Pte Ltd. Graduates may use the title “DipOrgPsy” after their names.
DipOrgPsy graduates are granted direct entry into Year 3 of the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology (Top Up) programme, offered by Edinburgh Napier Universtiy, UK through SHRI Academy.
