The Diploma in HR Leadership with Business Partnering (DHRLBP) focuses on three founding pillars (Financial Acumen, Technology and People Management). The programme equips the learner to foresee the role of an effective and competent HRBP. This programme identifies how high-potential and high-performing human capital and business practitioners can impact business effectively.  

 

“Getting a seat at the table” by a HR is often neglected in today’s context. Human Resources practitioners are required to excel in addressing the critical business needs to ensure business success. The Diploma in HR Leadership with Business Partnering programme focuses on three founding pillars (Financial Acumen, Technology and People Management) that make a HR professional an efficient Business Partner. The programme equips the learner in foreseeing the role of effective and competent HRBP, using the principles and applications of performance management, attaining required strategies in the implementation of a HRBP model along with the mediation and facilitation techniques. This programme identifies connections and parallels between different business facets, outlining how high-potential and high-performing human capital and business practitioners can impact business effectively by building new capabilities to tune in to highly competitive and continuously evolving business environment.

Minimum Academic Qualifications

5 GCE 'O' Level passes

SHRI Academy's Certificate in Human Resource Management

SHRI Academy's any Diploma courses OR

Equivalent Polytechnic Diploma

Equivalent Diploma qualification from other Private Education Institution

Mature candidate (≥30 years old) with 5 years' relevant work experience

Candidate with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Certificate Awarded

Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structures will be awarded the Diploma in HR Leadership with Business Partnering from SHRI Academy.


Progression

Diploma in HR Leadership with Business Partnering (DHRLBP) graduates are granted two year’s advanced standing for the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology (Top-Up) programme, offered by Edinburgh Napier University, UK through SHRI Academy.


IHRP CPD Hours

Upon completion of the Diploma in HR Leadership with Business Partnering (DHRLBP) programme, learners will earn 264 HR-related Training Hours/CPD Hours (excluding examination) that can be applied towards Application for or Renewal of IHRP certification.
