For graduate with the best performance in each intake of Short Course e.g. CPA.
- There should be at least 10 graduates in each intake before a Certificate of Commendation is awarded.
- If there is less than 10 graduates for each intake, then consider combined intakes.
- If there is still less than 10 graduates after combining intakes, there will be no award for Certificate of Commendation.
- Marks from supplementary examinations (with grades of ‘P’) and re-module (with grades of [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected]) will not be taken into consideration for the award.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards
For the top 3 graduates in each intake of programmes from Certificate (except CPA Short Course) to Postgraduate Diploma levels.
- There should be at least 15 graduates in each intake before awarding 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze Awards.
- If the number of graduates in each intake is small, then combine intakes.
- If after combining intakes, there is still less than 10 graduates, there will be no award. Unless an exception is recommended from Programme in-charge and approved by Chairman, Academic & Examination Board on exemplary performance of the graduate.
- Marks from supplementary examinations (with grades of ‘P’) and re-module (with grades of [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected]) will not be taken into consideration for the award.
Mike Gorrie HRM Award
For graduate with the highest score amongst ‘A’ grades for the HRM module (if applicable) in each intake of programmes from Certificate to Postgraduate Diploma levels.
- There should be at least 15 graduates in each intake before awarding the Mike Gorrie HRM Award.
- If the number of graduates in each intake is small, then combine intakes.
- Assume after combining intakes, there is still less than 10 graduates, there will be no award for Mike Gorrie HRM Award.
- Marks from supplementary examinations (with grades of ‘P’) and re-module (with grades of [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected]) will not be taken into consideration for the award.
