The MasterClass programme does not specifically target a sector as all organisation leaders will benefit from enhancing their individual skillset with coaching skills to develop their organisational capabilities. 



Coaching has become an important skill for managers and leaders.  Coaching skills are key competencies that are leveraged by a manager and leader to help develop others. For organizations, coaching skills are the secret ingredient to unlocking your team members’ full potential. Leaders with good coaching skills can unlock a host of benefits for both the employee and the organization in several ways:

Award of Certificate

Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance and must have passed the competency assessments to attain the Statement of Attainment.

About the Trainer

Farah Nic 


Farah Nic is a trainer and coach from BestOfMe, the first Asian-based digital coaching platform integrating mentoring and training. Farah is a Corporate Coach and Facilitator, having successfully coached and facilitated customized learning solutions to inspire transformational change aligning with organization vision, mission, values and culture. She also has over 31 years of people experience in the aviation industry including 27 years with Singapore Airlines as a Coach, Mentor and Trainer. Farah is passionately curious about people and thoroughly enjoys and thrives on conversations. There is nothing that drives her more than speaking with people
and listening to their opinions, perspectives and world view. She is certified in the Science of Well-Being from Yale University, a Reiss Motivation Profile Practitioner, an International Coach Federation certified ACC Coach and has a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Social Psychology.

Funding Criteria

Trainee must attend at least 75% of the course, complete the assessment with a pass or competent result.

SkillsFuture Credit


For self-sponsored Singapore Citizen age 25 years and above

Upon receipt of email confirmation, trainee will need to log in to SkillsFuture Credit portal to apply for the SkillsFuture Credit and upload the email confirmation & Tax Invoice.

Take a screen shot of the approval with the amount applied for and the word ‘approved’, scan and email it to Training Provider before commencement of the course and upon making fee payment.

Training Provider will collect the NETT Fee (i.e. less the SkillsFuture Credit amount) from trainee.

The receipt that will be issued to trainee will indicate an outstanding amount (i.e. the SkillsFuture Credit amount) which Training Provider will claim from SkillsFuture Credit after the successful completion of the short course.

SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) Support


SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) Support is available for Eligible Employers” Click here for more information.

The SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) encourages employers to invest in enterprise transformation and capabilities of their employees. Eligible employers will receive a one-off S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives, over and above the support levels of existing schemes.
