Coaching has become an important skill for managers and leaders. Coaching skills are key competencies that are leveraged by a manager and leader to help develop others. - Understand and apply active listening skills to build a coaching relationship
- Understand and adopt the T-GROW coaching model to facilitate the process of a coaching conversation
- Improve communication and coaching skills through Solution Focused career coaching tools and techniques
- Set goals and discover the motivation of employees to improve performance and guide career development and progression
- Apply feedback techniques in reviewing and developing performance of employees
- Evaluate the impact of coaching using relevant human resource frameworks
- Understand and ensure compliance to legal and ethical requirements during coaching
Award of Certificate
Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance and must have passed the competency assessments to attain the Statement of Attainment.
