Michaela Broeckx

Senior Agile Coach (Agile team, leadership & Business agility coach)

Michaela’s personal drive is to grow and help others grow, creating and maximising the power of human networks. Over the last 20 years she’s had the opportunity to teach and advise many organisations in different industries, and coached cross-functional teams in both IT and HR. Her main focus has been on high performing teams, learning communities and leading tribes to better business outcomes through participative design, optimised collaboration and authentic communication.

For her it’s not about Agile, it’s about people being their best selves, working cohesively together to get things done.

She has co-authored a book on Agile People Principles where she focused on the topic of ‘Optimising for the whole’.
