Outline
The Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Management (FCHRM) programme is a practical course designed for those who are interested in the HR field but have little or no human resources experience.

Certificate Awarded
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structures will be awarded the Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Management from SHRI Academy.
Progression
Matured FCHRM graduates are encouraged to enrol in the Certificate in Human Resource Management programme, thereby progressing to a Diploma in HR Leadership with Business Partnering or a Diploma in Organisational Psychology.
IHRP CPD Hours
Upon completion of the FCHRM programme, learners will earn 54 HR-related Training Hours/CPD Hours (excluding Examination) that can be applied towards Application for or Renewal of IHRP certification.
