Angeline Lian (IHRP-SP) is a highly accomplished professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in Training and Human Resources. Her journey began in Human Resource Development with the service sector and steadily progressed, culminating in her expertise as a strategic HR business partner. Angeline has also strategized training, recruitment and engagement activities for better employee retention and managing manpower challenges during her career in the Service Sector. 
Currently serving as a Director in an HR business, Angeline’s true passion lies in nurturing the next generation of HR professionals and the service sectors. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and guidance through training, learning, coaching and those who engage her HR and Training Services. Angeline takes on the role of a coach, collaborating closely with HR and training professionals from diverse backgrounds to ensure all sessions are well-planned and meaningful. She is also currently an adjunct trainer for the service industry in a private school to continue sharing the importance of lifelong learning to adult learners.
