SHRI Academy’s Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management (DCBM) provides a solid grounding for individuals to learn in-depth the methodology for designing a motivational rewards system. It offers a broader perspective on compensation and benefits locally and internationally.

In addition, it equips individuals with knowledge and skills to manage compensation and benefits for the organisation effectively to create positive business results and flexibility in adjusting the business costs in response to the rapid changing economy.

IHRP CPD Hours

On completion of the DipCBM, learners will earn 183 HR-related Training Hours/ CPD Hours (excluding Examination) that can be applied towards Application for or Renewal of IHRP certification.

Graduation and Degree

Students who successfully complete and pass all seven modules in the programme and successfully complete a Final C&B project stipulated in the course structures will be awarded the Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management from SHRI Academy Pte Ltd.

Advancement

DipCBM graduates may proceed to enrol in the Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management awarded by SHRI Academy. Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any discipline or Diploma holders with at least 3 – 5 years of Managerial / Supervisory experience.

Length

  • The Diploma in Compensation and Benefits Management is a12 months programmes which covers 183 training hours.

Fundings available

No. of intakes

  • You may choose to join any of the 3 intakes available per year for this programme.

Any Exemptions

  • Exemption is only applicable to active students who are deferring for future modules and have already passed the module before deferment so they don’t have to retake the same module. Exemptions are not applicable to new applicants.

Minimum Entry Requirement

  • You have to be at least 16 years old with a minimum of 5 GCE “O” Level passes OR SHRI Academy’s Certificate in Human Resource Management OR SHRI Academy’s any Diploma courses OR Equivalent Polytechnic Diploma OR Equivalent Diploma qualifications from other Private Education Institution.
  • For matured candidates, you must be >30 years old with 5 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Unfortunately different funding can’t be combined for our programme fees.
