Topic: Workforce Planning in the Post-pandemic reality

by Mr Frederik Skyggebjerg

Due to the dynamic and changing business environments, we're seeing businesses having to review and perform budget exercises more frequently, from yearly or half-yearly to sometimes monthly. There's constant business pressures from both revenue and cost ends that managers have to tackle, in order to maintain business resiliency and profitability.

In this session, Frederik will be covering a data-driven approach to provide HR practitioners the ability to run simulations based on these changing business conditions. They would be better equipped to be able to see the business demands on their workforce vs their capacity to meet them. They would be able to test how many headcounts are required, what are the skillsets needed and the financial impacts of each scenario.
