    Trainer profile

    Kannan Chettiar is an award winning Global Leader with 25 years of experience in the Technology and Human Capital sectors spanning across Asia, North America and Europe. Kannan has held management and leadership positions in global MNCs having managed and trained multi-geography teams. Kannan is also an International Trainer, Thought Leader and Keynote Speaker in several global forums and TV Talk shows & News programmes with special interest in digital transformation and human capital development in line with skills and competencies relevant for Industry 4.0.

    Kannan leads a HRTech cum FinTech company named Avvanz which has won awards (including a Gold Medal) in a very short span of time with huge international clients base. He has managed P&L in First Advantage, Dell Computers, Future Electronics, Arrow Electronics (NY-listed), Farnell Group (London-listed), e2open (IBM-backed) and i-Sprint Innovations (Acer-backed). His prior achievements include multiplying business more than 10X to exceed $100M USD at Arrow Electronics, growing regional P&L whilst managing multi-functional teams across several geographies in element14 and penetrating new market green fields and creating new business verticals for First Advantage with record-breaking revenues. He has in-depth domain expertise across multiple market segments including Finance, Education, IT/Technology, Healthcare, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, Recruitment and Collaborative Economy.
