With over 15 years of experience leading multicultural teams in Asia Pacific, Laura is a passionate people person that demonstrates strong leadership forging into new and emerging markets; and will spearhead efforts to shape the future of travel in APAC as the industry navigates its next phase of recovery – ultimately by delivering the best value to partners and customers.

Yang Wen currently leads the Corporate Development team at the Ministry of Finance (MOF). She believes strongly in inspiring leaders, building diverse career lattice, uplifting the workforce, and fostering an enabling organisational culture. She has previously served in various sectors in the Singapore Public Service – some of the more memorable experiences include the setting-up the Centre for Liveable Cities (MND), Singapore Water Academy (PUB), designing specialist pathways to grow Engineers, Educators (MOE), uplifting VITAL into a recognised leader in Shared Services.

Ramya Eva is a team dynamics and culture specialist with over 15 years’ experience helping boards and executive teams turn trust into a measurable performance advantage. A former senior HR and business development leader, she brings a rare blend of commercial insight and behavioural expertise to leadership and culture work. Through Eva Leadership, Ramya partners with C-suite teams to accelerate team performance, leadership effectiveness, succession and culture transformation, using data driven diagnostics and behavioural analytics to surface and shift what truly drives results. She works globally across Financial Services, FinTech, Technology and Government.
Ramya is also President Elect of International Coaching Federation Singapore where she forges strategic partnerships with forward thinking organisations to position coaching as a force for good for Singapore and beyond. She has also held senior roles including Director of Strategic Partnerships at BlackRock and APAC Head of L&D and Talent at Booking.com.
