About the Winning With People Series
Winning With People is SHRI’s quarterly flagship thought-leadership and networking platform, bringing together business leaders, HR professionals, and industry practitioners to explore the theme of building human-centric, high-performance organisations through panels, dialogues, and case studies.

The series fosters community learning, showcases progressive HR practices, and strengthens engagement across SHRI’s ecosystem of members, partners, and industry leaders.

Session Details

Winning with People: Trust as a Competitive Advantage explores how trust shapes leadership effectiveness, strengthens collaboration, and drives sustainable performance. More than a cultural ideal, trust is a practical capability that influences how people lead, work together, and stay engaged. This session examines how organisations can intentionally embed trust into everyday people practices to improve engagement, retention, and long-term success.

Gain practical insights on how to:

  • Foster stronger trust between leaders and teams to improve collaboration and performance
  • Embed trust into communication, decision-making, and people practices to support engagement and retention
  • Translate organisational values into consistent, trust-building behaviours
  • Position trust as a differentiator for employer branding and organisational credibility

Secure your spot and learn how to build trust as a sustainable competitive advantage.
