This course equips trainees with the skills and knowledge to implement traditional and emerging human capital strategies in tandem with the organisation's business objectives as well as to leverage technology and analytics to automate and derive insights on performance.

Programme Modules
Module 1: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
On completion of the module, trainees would be able to make use of digital recruitment tools to find and attract top talents. They will be able to write compelling job postings for both the traditional and social media platforms and use metrics to measure its effectiveness. They will leverage technology to streamline administration, selection and recruitment processes to improve their work productivity.
Module 2: Organisation Learning & Development
On completion of the module, trainees would be able to analyse employee learning needs as well as coordinate and implement training programmes. They would be able to use data analytics to evaluate and better support learning programmes delivery.
Module 3: Workplace Relationship Management
On completion of the module, trainees would be able to support managers in communicating organisational policies through sound behavioural and technical competencies in the areas of Ethics, Labour Relations, Employment Law and Supervisory Leadership.
Module 4: Compensation & Rewards
On completion of the module, trainees would be able to implement and administer the employees’ compensation and rewards plans using organisations’ records and payroll software system.
Module 5: HR Automation Essentials
On completion of this course, participants would be able to perform administrative functions using the latest office productivity tools that will improve the efficiency of data manipulation and visualisation for business decision-making.
Module 6: Fundamental Data & People Analytics
On completion of this course, participants would be able to perform basic statistical computation and analysis of HR metrics. Trainees will also be able to collect, collate, tabulate, compute and visualise HR data using spreadsheet and visualisation software to uncover patterns and trends, and make recommendations for business decision-making.
Assessment Method
Candidates are assessed by Capstone Projects at the end of each module. Candidates must obtain a pass mark in their Capstone Projects to pass the module.

Certificate Awarded
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structures will be awarded the SCTP Certificate in Human Capital Management from ITE.
Students will also receive a skills badge from IHRP, validating participants' competency and readying them for employee verification.
Progression
Graduates are encouraged to enrol in ITE's Work Study Diploma in Human Resource Management.
