Outline
In today’s fast-paced and disruptive business landscape, Human Resource is no longer merely a support function. It is a strategic powerhouse that drives organisational success. The Certified Professional Human Resource Manager (CPHRM) programme, jointly developed by the Singapore Human Resources Institute & Gallup, equips HR professionals with the competencies, insights, and tools to lead transformation, align people with purpose, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Drawing on SHRI’s organisational insights and Gallup’s people-focused approach, CPHRM enables HR leaders to align initiatives with business priorities, strengthen organisational capability, and position HR as a driver of sustainable growth.
The CPHRM equips HR leaders with the vision, skills, and tools to elevate their impact on business success. The programme is designed around three powerful lenses — strategy, data, and compliance — which frame how HR professionals can harness every stage of the employee life cycle to build resilient, future-ready organisations.
