Membership Platform Update

SHRI is transitioning to a new membership platform in 2026. As part of this transition, the Glue Up membership platform was discontinued on 28 December 2025. Following this date, access to Glue Up will no longer be available while we prepare the new platform.

SHRI is upgrading our membership management capabilities to provide a more seamless and integrated experience for members. As part of this enhancement, Glue Up was discontinued on 28 December and replaced with a new platform in 2026.
No. All existing membership records will be securely migrated to the new platform.
Members who were due for renewal and/or had received their membership renewal notification were strongly encouraged to complete the renewal via Glue Up before 28 December to ensure uninterrupted access to membership benefits during the platform transition.
No action is required from members whose membership are currently active and fully paid.
Members may complete their renewal using the interim renewal form. The Membership team will follow up where necessary to assist with verification and processing.
Should you have missed the renewal period, please contact the Membership team, who will help facilitate your renewal process during this transition period.
Access to member profiles via Glue Up is no longer available. Member access will resume once the new membership platform is launched. In the meantime, the Membership team can assist with any verification or documentation requests.
No. Your membership tier, entitlements, and benefits remain unchanged during this period. There will be no disruption to your eligibility for member rates, event access, or communications.
Your renewal remains valid, and your information will be seamlessly carried over to the new platform once it launches. No action is required from you at this point, and you may continue enjoying your member benefits as usual throughout the transition. If you need any assistance or information during this period, our team will be happy to support you.
SHRI will notify you with clear instructions to verify and complete your profile setup. This simple onboarding step helps ensure your details are accurate and updated in the new platform.
