How would you explain your job to someone outside of HR?

Well, I would say my job is everything about your job. Right from attracting you to join my Company, recruiting you, providing you with the right salary and benefits, ensuring that you remain the right fit for the job, ensuring that you continue learning, your self-development, ensuring that you have a good work environment, addressing your grievances & concerns, ensuring your discipline at the workplace, taking care of your well-being, providing you with the right career-progression, until you retire or leave the Company when I will ensure you get all your dues and leave at peace. Above all, I plan the people strategies and make the policies for my Company covering all these activities.
