Desmond Tan has extensive experience in Organizational Development initiatives both in the United States & around Asia. He was involved in providing consulting advice on a wide range of Human Resource initiatives ranging from Change Management, Talent Management, Competency Assessment, Training & Development programs to all aspects of general and executive levels; including design of succession management frameworks. He has also worked as an executive coach, working with senior leaders in various organizations on achieving their peak performance.
Desmond’s expertise encompasses the ability to design and implement Change & Talent Management systems as well as capability building/development strategies from executive to team member levels. Desmond’s consulting/research experience spans across multiple industries including, pharmaceuticals, logistics, aviation, finance (banking & insurance), manufacturing, shipping, logistics, information technology, oil & gas and telecommunications.
