This session will also examine the legal frameworks that apply, and the specific safeguards and strategies organisations need to protect themselves as they integrate AI into hiring, performance management, and termination decisions.

Hear from leading employment law experts and the CEO of Singapore Human Resources Institute in a direct conversation about how HR and business leaders can stay ahead of change, minimise risk, and shape inclusive, forward-thinking workplaces.
