Francis is the co-founder and executive director of Titanium Law Chambers LLC in Singapore where he is the head of the firm’s corporate, commercial, and employment practices. He has been recognized for his employment law expertise by Lexology Index and Doyle’s Guide, as well as by LexisNexis as top 40 under 40 lawyers in Asia Pacific.
In addition to his legal practice, Francis is also the author of Singapore chapter of The Labour and Employment Disputes Review. He is also an adjunct faculty with the Singapore Management University and Singapore University of Social Sciences teaching modules on employment law and industrial relations in Singapore. Francis is also a certified HR practitioner with IHRP Singapore.
