As part of SHRI’s 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM), members are invited to Winning Recipe from Winners of the Singapore HR Awards – an exclusive sharing session featuring HR leaders from organisations recognised at the 18th Singapore HR Awards.
What does it take to build an award-winning HR practice? Behind every recognition at the Singapore HR Awards lies a thoughtful blend of vision, persistence, collaboration, and a willingness to try new approaches. In this session, HR leaders will share the “recipes” behind their initiatives – from the key ingredients that made their practices work to the lessons learned along the way. Gain practical insights that can inspire your HR initiatives and support your future HRA submission.
Held ahead of SHRI’s 60th AGM, this members-only session offers a valuable opportunity for learning, reflection, and peer exchange with fellow HR professionals. The sharing session will conclude with a dinner break before the formal proceedings of the AGM commence.
During the AGM, members will be invited to deliberate and vote on proposed constitutional amendments, making member participation especially important.
