Singapore, 26 September 2024 – The 17th Singapore HR Awards, a hallmark event in the realm of Human Resources, will be held on 26 September 2024 at Marina Bay Sands. This year’s theme, HR Excellence: Elevating People, Empowering Success, reflects Singapore’s commitment to innovate and build a resilient workforce.
This year’s ceremony will introduce the Workforce Transformation Award for HR, Best-In-Class, a new accolade co-branded by the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and Workforce Singapore (WSG). This non-nominated award will recognise top-performing companies across two categories; Large Enterprises and Multinational Corporations (MNCs), and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Start-Ups.
Guest-of-Honour, Senior Minister of State for Manpower and Defence, Zaqy Mohamad will also be delivering a speech at the ceremony. Among the distinguished nominees are Changi Airport Group, Far East Organization, Mediacorp, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Standard Chartered. Competing across eight categories, these organisations are vying for Gold, Silver, or Bronze standards in HR excellence.
“The Singapore HR Awards are not just a celebration of past achievements but a reflection of how today’s HR decisions shape the future of our organisations,” said Alvin Aloysius Goh, Executive Director of SHRI. “With the introduction of the Workforce Transformation Award, we are celebrating companies that are setting new standards and forging paths to a more resilient and innovative future, demonstrating how today’s HR excellence can transform tomorrow’s business outcome.
