We are excited to announce that this year, SHRI's flagship HR Awards will recognize and celebrate the achievements of the HR fraternity. We aim to give recognition to all companies in the implementation of HR initiatives for the future, and we celebrate the tenacious efforts of all who made a difference.

SHRI will lead the community in humanising and innovating the future of HR through refreshed award categories, recognising all leading companies that have demonstrated breakthrough practices and implementations in HR practice. The 16th HR Awards sets the standard in HR practices and gives industry recognition to companies for achieving the Gold, Silver, or Bronze standards.

As a leading HR membership body, SHRI is proud to recognize and honor outstanding contributions to HR in the workplace and workforce.  The 16th HR Awards continue to set the standard in HR practices and give industry recognition to companies for achieving the Gold, Silver or Bronze standards. 

SHRI will begin to actively receive the submission of entries, concluding with an awards ceremony "Embrace the Future of HR: Celebrating Singapore's Human-Centred Companies" scheduled in October 2023. Join us as we celebrate the achievements of the HR fraternity and recognize the leading companies that have demonstrated breakthrough practices in HR. ASSESSMENT PROCESS

The Singapore HR Awards recipients are assessed across a set of stringent criteria by a panel of distinguished industry leaders.

In its 16th iteration, the SHRI HR Awards aims to uphold Singapore's longstanding tradition of leading the charge in HR practices, pushing towards a future of innovation and building a resilient workforce. These awards serve as a regional benchmark for advancing HR practices, and recognize companies that have achieved Gold, Silver, or Bronze standards, setting the standard for industry best practices.

Recognizing companies for their critical role in contributing to Singapore's transformation and the importance of developing our most valuable asset, human capital, remains fundamental to SHRI as a leading HR membership body. At the much-anticipated Presentation Ceremony, the HR community will gather to celebrate achievements and give due recognition to efforts that make a difference in HR practices.

Organisations who attained a gold standard in a particular category signifies that their initiative had met 90% or more of the criteria of the category and showed significant results in the alignment with their business needs.

GOLD

Organisations who attained a silver standard in a particular category signifies that their initiative had met 75% to 89% of the criteria of the category and showed good results in the alignment with their business needs.

SILVER

Organisations who attained a bronze standard in a particular category signifies that their initiative had met 60% to 74% of the criteria of the category and showed some results in the alignment with their business needs.
