Jada Seet is the President of International Coaching Federation Singapore Chapter; the world’s largest organization of professionally trained coaches.
With more than 14 years of experience in executive coaching, she is currently a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF, bringing with her more than 2000 hours of coaching experience. Jada is often engaged by millennials and startups for leadership and team coaching and now specialises in training and mentoring professionals in developing coaching skills, empowering them to be change-makers in their life and work.
Alvin Goh is an accomplished international senior business manager with over 15 years of experience in the financial and consulting industry where he played key roles in various business and human capital transformation projects that has translated to net bottom line growth of USD100 million.
He was part of a task force that had to implement a comprehensive BCP during the SARS pandemic when he was working in Shanghai, China. He saw first-hand how badly it affected the livelihood and mental state of his staff and students.
Alvin firmly believes that a well thought out BCP should go beyond the protection of an organisation’s operations, systems, infrastructure, reputation and business assets and must include the well-being of its people.
Parag Arora is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of technology industry experience. His responsibilities have included setting up, transforming, accelerating and turning around businesses in the Asia-Pacific region.
In this current role based out of Singapore, Parag is the chief business executive for Citrix’s Cloud/SaaS workspace transformation solutions, multi cloud application delivery and access security portfolio, including Citrix SASE across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. He is responsible for business strategy, performance and acts as an ambassador for key customers and partners.
Parag is an industry veteran having held key leadership roles during the course of his career. Parag’s journey with Citrix started in 2012. His previous role being Citrix Area Vice President & General Manager for the India Subcontinent region. Prior to joining Citrix, he was the Vice president of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance segment at Cisco Systems. Prior to this, he was the Business Manager- Financial Services Industry at Hewlett Packard. Throughout his career, Parag has driven transformational business changes through technology lead initiatives for various clients – focusing on areas like customer experience, business agility and resilience.
Parag studied business management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore and is an electrical engineer, studying at the National Institute of Technology. In his spare time, he likes reading books on leadership and management, enjoys history and fiction and watching F1 racing. As a fitness enthusiast, Parag enjoys participating in marathons, paced weight training and dynamic yoga. His biggest role model is Jeff Bezos and firmly believes that one should never stop focusing on customer success.

As the Chief HR Officer and Advisor (Workforce Development) for the Public Service Division (PSD), Prime Minister’s Office of Singapore, Peck Kem is responsible for professionalising HR in the public sector of 16 Ministries and more than 50 Statutory Boards.
She is also the twice-elected President of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
Prior to her current appointment at the PSD, she was the Senior Director for HR & OD for a not for profit organisation, The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) based in Geneva, where she was responsible for human resource, organisation development, legal, internal audit and corporate administration for its 15 global offices.
Peck Kem has the unique combination of experience, from quality engineer to manufacturing manager to VP human resources in the private sector (Tandon, Western Digital, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies & Avago Technologies), from a Divisional Director of National HR Division in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower in the public sector, to Senior Director ODHR in GAIN, to currently Chief HR Officer for Singapore Public Service Division. This combination has widened her perceptions in the private, public and NGO sectors, and enabled her to view leadership from both the Asian and European perspectives.
Peck Kem has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. She is also a Chartered Companion of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and IHRP Master Professional.
D N Prasad is an Executive Coach (PCC, International Coach Federation) and a transformational HR Leader with expertise in leading scaled transformation, building and scaling Organizations & functions (in-country, region and global) and shaping & nurturing cultures and careers. Prasad was conferred as a Master Professional by the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
DNP, as he is known in the professional circles, is currently Senior Director for Strategy, People and Organization with Government Technology Agency (GovTech), Singapore and is a Public Service Coach, with the Public Service Division. Prior, he founded Noetic step, an Executive Coaching and Talent Advisory practice, working with leaders and organizations, globally. In his last corporate stint, he served as Director and Head of Google People Services for APAC and as a Leadership Coach, at Google Inc.
Dr Low Kiang Wei is Medical Director at International SOS, where he oversees the Medical Services and Health Consulting business in Singapore, working closely with Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, NGOs and government agencies to drive the strategic planning and tactical implementation of workforce resilience programs. He is a member of the Executive Committee for International SOS Singapore.
Dr Low is also responsible for driving Digital Health integration within the Group across Asia-Pacific, via implementing innovative telehealth and medical technology solutions.
Dr Low holds a Master of Medicine as well as a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the National University of Singapore. He is also a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom.
A regular speaker at events and often featured in the media including Business Times and Channel News Asia, he is a strong advocate of employee health and organisational resilience.
In his present role, Seng Chai is responsible for human capital management and development, which includes building a leadership and talent pipeline to support the organisation and businesses. He oversees CapitaLand Investment’s corporate functions including Human Resources & Administration, Legal & Secretariat and Procurement. He is also the Executive Director of CapitaLand Hope Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the company.
Seng Chai was awarded the Master Professional Certification by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in December 2020 in recognition of his active contributions to the HR industry. He holds an honours degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial & System Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS).
Rui Savio Dass is the Head of Total Rewards APAC at Netflix and is an expert in the area of Compensation, M&A and led large scale talent transformations both in the region and Globally. His 2 decades of experience includes leadership roles with Amazon, IBM and MindTree Consulting. In the last 5 years, he has done extensive work in the area of AI/ML with the goal to augment 'talent investment models' with science. In 2011, he was conferred 'India's Young Thought leader' for his paper on "Bringing Transparency in the workplace" and continues to be a strong advocate of workplace wellness.
Rui has a keen interest in helping build start-ups in the education and digital health sector. His new found interest is the use of Collaborative intelligence models as a way to diagnose, solution and measure workplace wellbeing. He believes in living life to the fullest and in his free time is dabbling in making TikTok dance videos with his kids or binge watch Netflix.
"Betul's journey with The Adecco Group dates back to 2003 when she joined as a branch manager with Adecco Turkey. Throughout her 13 years with Adecco, Betul's roles included branch manager, area manager, sales and marketing director, operations director and managing director for permanent placement. In her last role, she was in-charge of country operations and leading a solid team that carried Adecco Turkey to market leader. Through the commitment and detail-oriented attitude she projected in each of the respective roles, Betul proved her professionalism and competencies as a business leader.
In September 2016, Betul joined IWG PLC (formerly known as Regus), a pioneer and global operator of workspace providers as country manager for Turkey. In May 2017, Betul and her family relocated to Singapore when Betul was appointed as country manager for IWG PLC in Singapore. She was in-charge of all country sales, operations and marketing, driving a multibrand and diverse organization. Under Betul's leadership, IWG Singapore was the first country across the globe that operated under all brands.
Betul has a demonstrated history of working as a senior leader in the f.iR and talent solutions, as well as commercial real estate industries. f.ier main interests and skills are in human resources, talent management, 1-1 Q consulting and performance management.
Betul believes as individuals, all of us have a role to play in the global push for sustainability. She does her part by opting for personal eco-bags, use reusable cups for takeaways, recycle her coffee pods and prefers to enjoy natural breeze instead of relying on the air conditioner. She is married with two lovely children, a 16 years old son and an 8 years old daughter. During her free time, Betul enjoys an aromatic cup of coffee, baking and tennis."
Chris Sotomayor is Team Leader of PERSOKELLY Korea’s Learning Academy, based in Seoul.He is responsible for driving the growth and implementation of clients’ leadership development and executive coaching strategies in Korea and APAC.
Chris held a variety of coaching and leadership development roles at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and INSEAD. Chris has over 10 years of international management consulting experience in project spanning technology, strategy, marketing, finance, and human resources at firms including Samsung and McKinsey.
Chris is a graduate of Harvard University.

However, 85% of business leaders report significant challenges building their future workforces, especially when it comes to recruiting critical technical and sales talent.
