The Attorney-General’s Chambers (“AGC”) serves Singapore’s interests, upholds and enhances the rule of law, and plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of Singapore’s legal system. We provide sound legal advice and effective representation as the Government’s legal adviser, fair and independent prosecution as the Public Prosecutor, and accessible legislation as the drafter of laws. AGC also advises and represents the state in domestic and international disputes.

Boys’ Town is a charity founded by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in 1948. It provides a continuum of services for children and youth in-need which include residential care, fostering, respite care, youth outreach, clinical intervention and adventure therapy.


Each year, Boys’ Town works with over 1,500 children and youths – both boys and girls, from infants to young adults. With over 73 years dedicated to the social mission, Boys’ Town equips children and youth in-need with the skills they need to become socially integrated, responsible and contributing members of society.

Certis started in 1958 as the Guard and Escort Unit under the Police Force, and became a statutory board known as “The Commercial & Industrial Security Corporation” (CISCO) thereafter.


Incorporated on 1 June 2005 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, Certis has always been recognised as CISCO, the leading physical security provider in Singapore that secures key installations and the key player in Singapore’s cash ecosystem. National Council of Social Service (Sun Ray Scheme)

The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) acts as an agent of the Government and provides service in the administration of taxes and enterprise disbursements. IRAS also represents Singapore internationally, on matters relating to taxation.


Building on pioneering efforts in serving taxpayers, IRAS continues to ramp up digitalisation efforts through harnessing technology and innovation, with digital initiatives to make tax filing and payment more seamless and convenient. Through our transformation blueprint –  the LEA:D (LEverage Analytics, Design and Digitalisation) movement, we seek to redefine the experiences of taxpayers and employees, and bring greater value to the community. Our focus is also on building greater organisational agility and a smarter digital workplace.

The Sun Ray Scheme is a career leadership scheme launched in November 2014 and administered by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) to develop individuals who have strong leadership qualities to head professional practices and organisations in the social service sector. The scheme helps to nurture cross-sector capabilities in leaders and build the leadership bench strength in the sector. 

The Civil Service College Singapore has been redefining learning in the Public Service since 2001. We are a future-oriented Centre of Learning committed to nurturing a learning mindset and culture in the Singapore Public Service.


As the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service, we take pride in leading the practice of learning design, leadership development and organisation development. National Parks Board

The National Parks Board (NParks) of Singapore is the lead agency for greenery, biodiversity conservation, wildlife and animal management. NParks manages 4 nature reserves, more than 350 parks across Singapore, the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Jurong Lake Gardens, Pulau Ubin and the Sisters' Islands Marine Park.

National Library Board

The National Library Board (NLB) nurtures Readers for Life,Learning Communities and a Knowledgeable Nation by promoting reading, learning and history through its network of 27 public libraries, the National Library and the National Archives of Singapore. LB also forges strategic partnerships that encourage awareness, appreciation and greater discovery of Singapore's history through its rich collections on Singapore and the region. 


At NLB, we pride ourselves in having an engaged workforce that works hard at delivering library & archive services to the community.

NCSS is the umbrella body for over 450-member social service agencies in Singapore. Its mission is to provide leadership and direction in enhancing the capabilities and capacity of our members, advocating for social service needs and strengthening strategic partnerships, for an effective social service ecosystem. Community Chest is the fundraising and engagement arm of NCSS and Social Service Institute (SSI) is the human capital development arm of NCSS.

Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore) (SNM) 

Founded in 1952, PPIS (Persatuan Pemudi Islam Singapura or the Singapore Muslim Women’s Association) is a non-profit organisation focused on services for women, families and children.


We are dedicated to working with women of all ages in carrying out their multiple roles in society. PPIS runs three core community services namely Family Services, Student Care and Early Childhood Education (ECE). With 16 centres islandwide, the services work together seamlessly to provide quality and holistic support, as well as developmental programmes for women and their families.

Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) is a secular, non-profit suicide prevention centre. Since its establishment in 1969, SOS has developed into a professionally run and managed organisation. It adopts a holistic approach to suicide-related topics, focusing on prevention, intervention and postvention, an intervention conducted after a suicide for loved ones and friends. With the mission to be an available lifeline to anyone in crisis, SOS offers emotional support to people in crisis, thinking of suicide, or affected by suicide. All information shared with SOS is treated as confidential and people can choose to remain anonymous.

In keeping with Sree Narayana Guru’s teachings, Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore) (SNM) provides a wide range of social service programmes for the less privileged regardless of race or religion. 

 

SNM operates SNM Nursing Home, two Senior Care Centres, Meranti Home (psychiatric welfare home for male destitutes) and community programmes to cater to the needs of the less privileged including programmes for single mothers, educational financial assistance and befriender services.


SNM is an Institution of Public Character since 1984. SNM was one of 67 Charities who received the Charity Transparency Awards 2019, awarded by the Charity Council.
