During an unprecedented season where many industries are struggling to stay afloat, needing to manage cost, the Performance Management Process (PMP) is often misunderstood and misused.
With our extensive experience and observations with many organisations, we have found reasons for unsuccessful implementation of Performance Management Process which include lack of understanding organisational culture and its impact on PMP; core process elements not well executed; little or no top management ownership and role modelling; inconsistent application in recognition; managers not sufficiently trained in delivery and support; and no review on implementation effectiveness.
In this highly engaging programme it aims to answer these questions:

Able is an entrepreneur and seasoned management consultant. He is a specialist in instructional design and was the Practice Lead for Leadership Development with a global management consultancy. Able is known to be dynamic in his approach, engages in deep learning conversations, leverages on powerful facilitation techniques and has an excellent track record in building capabilities of leaders to deliver results in their organisations.
He has worked globally in cities such as Bangalore, Karachi, Ulaanbaatar, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, London, New York and Sydney.
His industry expertise clients range from pharmaceutical, logistics, industrial, finance, education, F&B, telecommunications and technology.
He graduated with Master in Organisational Leadership (Distinction) from Monash University, Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education. He is a certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning (WIAL), and accredited in Korn Ferry’s diagnostics. Able also holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
