Allan has worked for overseas and local public and private organisations where he had acquired more than twenty-eight years of management experience at the corporate level. It has enabled him to practice his present training and consulting profession.
In the course of his profession, he shares working life experience of his leadership to all his participating organisations in his consulting engagements. He is currently actively involved in training consulting for Singapore National Employers Federations (SNEF) as an Associate in the areas of Job Redesign, Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA), under the PSG Scheme for SMEs and MNCs clients from the Banking, Services, Retail, Healthcare, Oil and Gas groups, Finance, and Engineering. He is also currently an Associate Consultant with Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) Corporations and is responsible to audit and review Employment Standards Compliance Audit (ESCA) aligned to local statutory regulations and best HR practices for local SMEs and MNCs. He was also Ministry of Manpower (MOM) CultureSafe Consultant (CSC) under the Workplace Safety Health (WSH) Council to certify SMEs who wish to apply for WSH culture fund.
Allan major in the area of Human Resource Management and Development. He possesses a Master of Arts majoring in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Hull (UK). He also holds an Professional Diploma in HRD from the Institute of Training and Development (ITD,UK). Allan is Professional Member of the Singapore Human Resource Institute (Singapore) and an Associate Consultant and Trainer with SNEF. He is also a member of Worklife Career Coach with AACCP (Aust) and holds an Advanced Teaching Qualification for Higher Learning awarded by Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and SIM Global Education. He possesses an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). He is now a registered Management Consultant with Institute of Management Consultant Singapore (IMCS).
