SHRICORP offers public-run HR training programmes that focus on enabling knowledge acquisition and skills development for both corporate and individuals. Training Grant under Skills Development Fund (SDF) and SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) is applicable for most programmes. NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year for programmes supported under Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP).

Skills Development Fund(SDF) is used to support workforce upgrading programmes and to provide training grants to employers sponsoring their employees who are either Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident to attend training. Employers have to apply for the training grant via SkillsConnect portal and provide SHRICORP with their application reference code at least 5 days prior to the course commencement. SkillsFuture is a national movement to provide Singaporeans with the opportunities to develop their fullest potential throughout life, regardless of their starting points. Singaporeans aged 25 and above who wish to use their SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to subsidise the course fees need to apply via SkillsFuture portal prior to attending the workshop otherwise the full course fees are payable.
