Description

Join the team in overseeing the human resources function of the company. You will work closely with the founders and HR team to implement strategies and policies to build a high-performing culture that aligns with Archisen’s values.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the CEO and serve as the head of the HR function.
  • Work with C-suite leaders to provide insightful, innovative thinking and problem solving on critical HR issues with regards to leadership, coaching, employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, culture, compensation, organizational design and change, performance management, learning and development.
  • Be a leader across the organization, communicating key messages and embodying our values.
  • Proactively manage HR metrics to measure success of people functions, resource allocation and maintain a competitive approach to recruiting and assimilating high-potential talent throughout the region.
  • Partner with Finance in overseeing departmental budget and headcount.
  • Partner with IT in overseeing tech implementation through HR processes
  • Develop comprehensive approaches to employee development, retention, engagement and culture by refining or creating: compensation and benefits, career paths, job redesign and employee development, succession planning, and learning opportunities

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in areas of human resources, training, compensation and benefits administration, with at least 5 of those years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
  • Track record of working in high growth environments and have experience in scaling up the team.
  • Passion for urban agriculture
  • Entrepreneur mindset
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written)

Bonus Requirements

  • Masters or MBA
  • Startup experience
