In this role, you act as a business partner to support designated business units on full spectrum of HR requirements. Working closely with the Department Heads, you provide end-to-end HR support that includes recruitment and selection, annual compensation and budget cycle provisions, coordinating initiatives and employee engagement.

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Business related qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with prior experience in the healthcare industry
• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills (in both verbal and written)
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
