Directly managing the HR operational areas including recruitment, development, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations
Conduct exit interviews and to review feedback to improve on retention rates
Assist the HR Manager on developing HR Report, and quarterly rolling forecasts
Handle workers’ disciplinary and grievances issues
Execute HR operational functions related to employees’ data maintaining, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
Support the recruitment process; sourcing, shortlisting, and onboard of employees
Assist all HR projects where needed
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3-4 years of professional HR generalist experience
