Topic: The Four Key Stages to Building High Performance and Collaborative Teams
By Speaker: Kenneth Low
High performance & collaborative teams are not formed overnight. In a typical office environment, the team would typically need to go through 4 key stages - Forming, Storming, Norming & Performing.
When teams reach the final stage in their development, they will be able to perform at a high level of competency. When the same team is now forced to work in a new and remote setting, they will need to go through the same 4 steps process again before they can collaborate well and achieve business transformation goals.
Kenneth will focus on 2 most challenging stages of remote team development in this webinar – storming and performing. He will share how to manage team conflicts effectively and how to drive higher team performance in a remote setting. He will also provide some practical tips on how to use available digital tools to achieve these goals.
