Michael Jenkins is CEO and Co-founder of Expert Humans. His past appointments include Director of INSEAD Executive Education (Singapore); Managing Director and Vice-President, Center for Creative Leadership Asia Pacific (Singapore); Chief Executive of Roffey Park Institute (UK and Singapore); and CEO of the Human Capital Leadership Institute (Singapore). Michael was named as one of the UK’s Most Influential Thinkers in Human Resources by the UK’s HR Magazine in 2013 and 2016. Michael contributed to the MOM publication Asian Leadership – What Works? edited by Dave Ulrich and recently co-wrote Finding simplicity in chaos: Beyond VUCA published by People Matters. He is also a regular speaker at local and international conferences, where he presents on topics such as humanising the workplace and new thinking in leadership development.

Joyce is an experienced leadership development facilitator, coach and consultant, with specialist expertise in leveraging diversity and the intercultural management field. She is skilled at helping organisations and individuals to develop the growth mindsets, perspectives and people skills which maximise their success in working together as teams and across cultures. Joyce is Past President of the Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research for Europe (SIETAR Europa) and a founder and board member of SIETAR Southeast Asia. She also teaches Intercultural Coaching and Development at the University of Warwick, UK. She has provided training and coaching for senior leaders and teams in some of the world’s leading businesses and organisations as well as designing and delivering intercultural, diversity and inclusion, business and leadership development programmes and coaching for a range of clients around the world.

Dr. Robyn Wilson is the CEO of Praxis Management Consulting and has more than 35 years of experience in the corporate, university and entrepreneurial worlds. With a strong academic background in Mathematics, IT/ IS and Engineering, and a decade of hands-on management, Robyn has spent over twenty years in Asia (arriving in ’96) working extensively with senior leaders, their teams and organisations, across most industries, cultures, countries and with all facing very different types of challenges as they manage and grow their respective organisations. Prior to coming to Singapore (from Australia) to study for a PhD at the National University of Singapore, Robyn led and managed significant change involving moving an IT environment from campus mainframe computing to a highly complex distributed multi-platform computing infrastructure (back in the late 80s, early 90s in the most remote capital city in the world).
