Mr Adrian is now the senior consultant working on projects for SHRI Corporate Solutions. He works with many Small & Medium Enterprises in Company restructuring, repositioning their HR to align with company growth and deployment. Hr reviewed their Employment structure, terms and conditions, revamping their employee handbook, Rewards structure, performance management system and training and development and succession planning, including career planning.
He continues to be engaged with SHRI and HR Singapore as a senior trainer teaching and coaching HR Managers in the area of Emerging HR and Strategic positioning of HR with the Business entity.

Mr Daniel is a strong, analytical thinker & a disciplined learner. He is multi-specialised in HRM, Organisational Psychology, Business, Engineering, Logistics and Education. He has 20 years of experience in lecturing, training & consulting services. In 2013, he is the author of “Land Transport: A Definitive Practitioner’s Guide” published by SPH, Singapore.
Daniel is a Corporate Consultant in OD/HRD, Compensation Systems & Logistics. Daniel has more than 2,600 corporate consultancy and training hours to his credit. Daniel was the first few to work with WDA’s consultants to develop the Logistics Modules in the then new WSQ framework in 2007.

Mr Hubert Kum has accumulated more than 20 years of human resources management experience serving the MNCs and SMEs (NTUC Income, Agility Logistics, Tally Solutions, Metal Component Engineering) in various industries. Leading a team of HR professional as Head of Department then, Hubert spearheaded the HR initiatives in these organizations that he worked with including the formulation of HR policies, reviewing of compensation and benefits programs as well as learning and development activities within those organizations.
Hubert is also a course facilitator with 15 years of lecturing experience at certificate, diploma and degree level in subjects such as Human Resource Management as well as Marketing and Business.
