Assessment Methods
Each module consists of 2 component of assessment. Students will be assessed based on written examinations and assignments. An examination for each module will be held at the end of each trimester.

On completion of the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology programme, learners will earn 180 HR-related Training Hours/ CPD Hours (excluding Examination) that can be applied towards Application for or Renewal of IHRP certification.
Successful completion of assignments, tests and examinations for all modules will enable candidates to proceed with the submission of the compulsory Management Application Project. The Diploma in Business & Human Resource Management will be awarded by SHRI Academy upon successful completion of the programme and graduates may use the title “DipBHRM” after their names.
DipBHRM graduates are granted two year’s advanced standing for the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology (Top-Up) programme, jointly offered by Edinburgh Napier University, UK and SHRI Academy.
