*Grant amount indicated here does not include absentee payroll (AP) funding as this is dependent on the trainee’s hourly basic salary (other than for trainees supported by surrogate Employers, where AP is computed on flat rate independent of salary).
Trainer profile
Able Cheong
Able Cheong is a Director for Kincentric and is based out of Singapore. He currently leads the Leadership and Assessment Practice and develops end to end solutions in enhancing business results through building capabilities. Able is a specialist in instructional design and customizes the approach to the delivery of leadership programs so that builds competencies, lead change, create high performing teams and strategic alignment. His approach to development is dynamic and leverages on powerful facilitation techniques to challenge and catalyse fresh perspectives in leadership situations for senior and mid-level leaders.
Able graduated with Master in Organisational Leadership (Distinction) from Monash University, Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education. He is a certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning (WIAL), and accredited in Korn Ferry’s diagnostics. Able also holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
