- Dedicated deep dive session in applying risk management knowledge into managing PEOPLE related risk and crisis management (pre and post).
- Using hands-on scenario analysis in managing PEOPLE related risk and crisis management. This done through the Risk Playbook.

Funding Criteria
Trainee must attend at least 75% of the course, complete the assessment with a pass or competent result.
Award of Certificate
Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance and must have passed the competency assessments to attain the Statement of Attainment and receive a joint certificate from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and SHRI.

Trainer profile
Anthony Lim is currently serving as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Aviva Investors Asia. He is responsible for the risk management and compliance function for the Asia Pacific business. He has held similar roles in other multinational financial institutions and corporates. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Banking & Finance, and is a CFA chartered holder and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). Anthony has 23 years’ direct experience in the field of risk management, governance and compliance. In his spare capacity, he serves as co-chapter director for GARP in Singapore for the last 10 years. He is also a member of the Development Committee at Investment Association of Singapore (“IMAS”).
Lim Keng Hwee is the CEO of Victory Consulting and Services and is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the business. Keng Hwee brought with him extensive commercial experience gained from more than 20 years working for a successful SME. Being the General Manager of Strategic Management and Business Development, he worked closely with the Executive Director, where he oversaw the strategic management in finance and accounting, MIS, human resources, business operations including IT, marketing, insurance, logistics and all other business functions. Given the opportunity to interact with many business owners and professionals, he is familiar with the mindset of these business owners and their view of risk and governance. Through association with the SGX-listed arm of the SME, he understands the necessity, requirements and best practices of Corporate Governance. Keng Hwee graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
