Course Overview
Leaders need to tune up their game when operating in a more demanding, complex and uncertain business environment. What worked before may not work as well today, and even experience negative outcomes. Leaders need to build a strong belief that leadership is a responsibility — not about status or reward — and that relationships, emotions and trust matter.
In this programme, participants will develop a deeper appreciation on developing meaningful engagement, practical skill sets in having developmental conversations, utlising a range of tools which includes 180 survey and personality profile so as to enhance the levels of performance of their team. This programme includes a 1 hour one-to-one session to debrief tools.
