Organisational Resilience

The Organisational Resilience Project is a self initiated project by the Research centre with the objective to understand the best practices for building organizational resilience (positive organisational psychology) in both profit and non-profit organisations. The project was initiated as a community project to help both profit and non-profit organisations build resilience against stress for better success.  Organisations today face unprecedented stress. These stressors inevitability affect organisational success and bottom lines.  Research on organisations that have stayed resilient revealed that they are agile in internal communication, have good human capital management (HCM) practices, and led by committed and humble leaders. The project is intended to be carried out in multi-phase and scales.
