Skills Development Fund (SDF) is used to support workforce upgrading programmes and to provide training grants to employers sponsoring their employees who are either Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident to attend training. The SDF is administrated by SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (SSG). For more information, please call 6785 5785 or submit your queries through SSG Feedback Portal.

Employers will need to submit funding application via SkillsConnect at least 3 working days before course commencement. Funding rates may differ for applicable courses.

SkillsFuture Credit aims to encourage individuals to take ownership of their skills development and lifelong learning. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of S$500 from January 2016. For more information, please click here. To submit an application, please click here.

UTAP funding is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more NTUC members to go for skills upgrading. NTUC members enjoy 50% of unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year to sign up for courses supported under UTAP. For more information, please click here.
