Day 2 Outline

  • 6 steps in rationale thinking and problem solving
  • Set smarter goals and KPIs
  • Differentiate between job instruction and coaching
  • Characteristics of a good coach
  • Apply a structured coaching conversation which get results
  • Prepare, anticipate and conduct the appraisal
  • 4 strategies to reduce or resolve conflicts
