Application for Accreditation
Criteria for application:
All applicants must be SHRI Individual members with 3 years of validity period.
Step 1: Download copy of application
Step 2: Submit the following hardcopy documents –
- Completed Application Form / Assessment Template
- Updated Resume
- Copies of Academic Transcript
- Copies of Certificates of Attendance of Workshops / Conferences / Courses
- Copies of Membership Documents
- Supporting documents
Step 3: Upon receipt of all necessary documents, HR Accreditation Secretariat will do a preliminary assessment and recommendation for the HR Accreditation Board’s review.
Step 4: Applicant will be required to attend an interview session with minimum 3 members of the HR Accreditation Board. The HR Accreditation Secretariat will inform applicant of a suitable date and time.
Step 5: The HR Accreditation Board, after their assessment, will recommend and confer the appropriate status on the applicant.
Step 6: Applicant will be invited for a quarterly networking session to receive HR Accreditation certificate.
Applications can be submitted anytime during the year; however, assessments will only be done at the end of every quarter (March, June, September, and December).
Re-Accreditation and Upgrading
when to re-accredit
Re-accreditation and upgrading of accredited status takes place every 3 years with the main emphasis on Professional Portfolio and Professional Development.
Fees and Payment Method
* Fees are exclusive of membership fees and prevailing GST.
Fees can be paid by the following payment methods:
- UOB (for Credit Card payment, there will be one-time admin charge)
Cheque payment is to be made payable to “SHRI”.
Reschedules, Withdrawals and Refunds
Rescheduling of interview dates can be made so long as the rescheduled date is within the same assessment quarter. Candidates must inform SHRI about the rescheduling 5 working days prior to the scheduled interview date. Rescheduling is subjected to the availability of the HR Accreditation Board members.
A withdrawal must be made in writing addressed to the “HR Accreditation Secretariat”
Any candidate who is unable to turn up at the scheduled interview date without valid reasons will not be given any refund.
There will be no refund for withdrawals after the assessment process has commenced.
