Notice is hereby given that the 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the

Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) will be held on

31 March 2017, Friday, 7.00pm

10 Eunos Road 8, #13-07, Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600 (New SHRI Office)


1. Opening Address by President

2. To confirm the Minutes of the 50th AGM held on 22 March 2016

3. To discuss any matters arising from the Minutes of the 50th AGM

4. To receive and adopt the 51st Annual Report of the Executive Council for the period 22 March 2016 to 31 March 2017

5. To receive and adopt the Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 as certified by the Auditors

6. To appoint Auditors

7. To appoint Trustees

8. To consider and adopt the proposed changes to the by-laws of the Constitution

9. To transact any other matter of which notice in writing has been given to the Honorary Secretary at least seven consecutive days before the meeting

10. To elect Executive Council (2017 – 2019)
